The paper kept jamming. Troubleshot with HP tech rep. Couldn’t fix. Had to box up the printer and send it back for a replacement.
Supposedly, I was only able to get expedited new printer because I had the extended warranty. Customers shouldn’t need that warranty to get a new printer sent to them ASAP.
