Great Printer

This is the second printer of this model I have bought - the first unfortunately was irreparably damaged during work being done in the house. The first one had done me brilliantly, never causing any issues. The new one was easy to set up and when I phoned HP Technical for help with an issue with my laptop not talking to the printer fully (my laptop was at fault not the printer) they were great, answered quickly, were polite and easy to understand, understood the issue quickly and resolved it promptly.
The printer itself is intuitive to use, produces excellent document and picture prints, scans, copies etc etc - all I could want a printer to do.

Really bad experience with most poor support.

I have had really bad experience since I have bought this printer about 5 weeks ago. Initially printer connected and worked well for about 10 days. Then It asked for updates which occurred and then printer stopped working even copying or scanning. Helpline support workers don't even understand the issue and keep repeatedly doing experiments and wasting days and days instead of checking the real issues in the background. Really tired of this and looking to return it back and buy from another supplier as cannot spend weeks on support calls despite of being HP+ customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a tidy machine although large it is what is needed.
Prints nicely once connected to the phone/pc which can be difficult in larger homes.
The ink doesn’t last as long has expected but the 6 months free ink does help cushion the blow and the touch screen is a nice touch.
Ebuyer delivery was very swift and convenient.
