Superb quality and build from HP. Easy to set up and install. Comes with two paper trays, very handy if you use different paper types. It also comes with 9 months free ink if you sign up to instant ink. Great value for money and much cheaper than buying cartridges.Prink quality is excellent and it is very fast. Easy to connect all your mobile devices so the whole family can print to the device.

Great printer. Top brand. My favourite. Reliable. Good quality. Strong build. Not a fan of hp instant ink though. Found delivery times slow. Also didn’t replace when needed. Printer itself is great, good quality printed images. Not too loud either. Speed is good too! Good ratio to cartridge print too!
Colours are clear, photos printed out amazing! Very impressed with the printer itself!

I bought this All-In-One 9014e in November and use it for a variety of purposes as a member of a voluntary organisation to copy collated reports, produce leaflets with full colour photographs for professional printers and scan documents for onward transmission with excellent quality results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer after studying the full description and details. It hasn't disappointed me Follow the instructions as its written following on screen instructions to the letter. Set up via WiFi is a must. You can connect with ethernet later The speed of printing is super fast Once you have tailored your setting its soon simple Quality product. I didn't par up my smart phone as its for home use. It can have up to 5 persons for accounts. Professional. I have not had such a good printer before I signed up for 99p a week printer cartridge. I have just been sent my supply's ready for when u need themI NEVER ever leave reviews but just had to do it this time
I would recommend this to a friend!

- Great that they’ve not gone excessive with the packaging and it’s just right so I don’t have a lot of plastic or material left over to recycle.
Setup:
- The setup was easy but I feel the provided cable was really short compared to my last one. It wasn’t a massive issue but I just wish they’d included a longer power cable.
- Connecting to my WiFi was a bit of a faff, but thankfully it could connect to my 5 GHZ band unlike other printers who can only connect to 2.4. So glad the days of hardwiring the printer are long gone!
Usage:
- The display was easy to read and responsive, no lag when trying to navigate through the sub menus.
- Within the HP app, I could not see the printer which was annoying but because of the WiFi capabilities I was able to connect without any app needed on my other devices. Still can’t see my ink levels though, hopefully it can be resolved with a software update.
- I’ve had to use the Hp instant ink facilities after a couple of weeks of use and it was literally at our door the next say before we ran out! So glad the days of rushing to a supermarket or online retailer has gone for something which is simple.

I have had the printer for a little while now, and it has been great. The printer arrived well packaged and was pretty easy to set up. I did initially have a little trouble installing one of the cartridges, but is was quickly resolved.The printer's start up time is not too bad and auto-connects to the wifi without having to manually reconnect like my old HP printer when turned off from the socket.
The instant ink trial is also a great bonus with this particular printer, as it allows you 6 months worth of free ink, that would be sufficient for up to 700 pages a month.
