Fantastic machine, has done everything it’s designed to do. Printing is crisp, fast, neat double sided operation.
Now for my biggest complaint. Ink provided with the machine printed 30 maybe 40 pages before running dry. This is my biggest complaint with HP. They are not in the copier business, they are in the ink business.
Have hesitated to join the subscriber program due to intermittent use from traveling. Will buy replacement cartridges first, hopefully replacements have more volume and ink doesn’t degrade or evaporate over periods of non use.
Personally I am a long time user of HP products and have always been completely satisfied with my experience. This printer was ordered for a small business and I am disappointed in the quality of the printer. The tray is too thin and I am concerned it will not last very long. Everything about seems very poorly made.
I am giving it a 3-Star because it is not as easy as I thought it would be to load special size paper/media. It is noisy. I also didn't quite understand the Ink Replacement Feature until after I purchased it. They are special cartridges that if I decide not to use it, I will have to return those and get the regular ink cartridges. If I had to do over, I would not have done it, and may still call them to get it removed. It is a very good looking printer though. I thought that the top feeder could be used to print, but it is only for copying and scanning unless I can figure out otherwise. No manual, but supposedly you can download one. Not too hard to install. Regular printing is a breeze, and copies are nice looking.
Good, though construction flimsier than 2016 model

Works well, tho it's slower than its counterpart of 8 years ago, and we had some problems getting it to mesh with our Apple iMac. Feel of flimsy construction
