I’m pleased with all but the pull out shelf for documents coming off the printer — it feels flimsy and does not extend as long as the documents are long This wasn’t true with my previous HP printer which served well for many years
After limited use, printing has been of good quality, but slow and noisy, and sounds "plasticy", placing durability in question. The HP requirement that the printer be connected to a LAN/internet in order to function is unnecessary and obnoxious - connecting the printer to a LAN/network should be a decision and option of the user, not HP. It eliminates the possibility of air-gap security that the user should be able to attain if desired. All in all, a less user oriented process, company, and device than in years past.
