Typical High-Quality HPI Printer - Some Installation Glitches

This is a typically high-quality, well-performing HP Inc. printer. It is easy to use once set up, and I especially appreciate the options for various permutations of 1- and 2-sided copying and printing.
I also greatly appreciated the seamless way HPI was able to integrate the bonus 6-month's Instant Ink benefit into my existing subscription.
My only nits to pick are that the setup was complicated by the fact that the required app, HP Smart, wouldn't install on my PC (the installation did, however, work just fine when installing HP Smart on my cellphone). Also, the printer has a habit of occasionally losing its connection to my home wi-fi despite sitting right next to the wi-fi router in my home office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has all the features I want. Double sided scanning and printing. Fax without having to have a land line. I have bought and return a few printers, this one is the best, and more affordable than the others. I only wish it had a mega tank refill for ink.

This is my 3rd Office Jet Pro -with each version the construction feels a bit cheaper and louder. It does have a quiet mode but then it is slow. I love the Instant Ink option and feel it is a good value. the 9015 doesn't hold as much paper and the copies aren't always caught by the 'stopper' and end up in the floor out of order. Quality of print is good and it is a smaller footprint on the desk. So overall it will do what I need it to do -
