I had an old version of this printer and feed tray was not working plus sometimes color printing was not very good so when I replaced my computer the price was so good that I decided to upgrade my printer. Love it, feeds smoothly, a little noisy but prints beautifully.

I can wholly understand why having to wait several minutes for the printer to link to your laptop while also being dissatisfied with the design of the machine would make for a poor start to ownership. First, when you say you must wait for the printer to sync with your laptop, I can’t tell whether you mean a connectivity issue or a delay when you send a print job. My old HP printers were better

I’m not pleased with this printer. It is loud — much louder than my last two HP printers. It sounds clunky like something is broken, but it isn’t. And it does not scan 11x14 like my old HP printer. And it frequently “needs attention,” making printing unreliable.
