It is bulky and ugly looking. It makes lots of noises when it prints. The platform where the printed paper comes out on, cannot be lifted to add more paper. I have to pull out the paper tray to add paper. It does print very well, but I miss my old printer.

Used an OfficeJet Pro 8620 for a few years and found it to be a workhorse. Had a service issue and so bought the 9015e as a replacement. Disappointed in the quality of construction and the small on- board user screen. I scan all day, and found the design makes it more difficult to remove the scanned pages when the scan was complete. Am returning the product and seeking a refurbished 8620.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
