I don`t buy new printers very often, but when I do, I care about having the latest features. This one has impressed me and I`m happy with it. Connectivity: this printer is pretty cool how connected it is. It`s not even connected via any hard wires. No need to plug in or unplug as you move your laptop about your house. The mobile connectivity is very impressive too. My printer has it`s own name and email and I can send files to the printer when i`m remote so they`re sitting there waiting for me. This is definitely my favorite feature.Utility: This printer will make my life easier when it comes to work admin stuff like doing expenses. I can quickly send files from my phone (expenses, receipts, etc) to my printer. Super excited how this will cut down time on things like this. Quick: It prints very quick. Assembly: This printer was very easy to assemble and setup for use. Just follow the easy to read instructions and you`re good to go. Competitive: Compared to past printers I`ve had and used, this is certainly up there as far as feature sets and providing what I need, and then some. Overall, I`m impressed with the new HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 and am very pleased with having it.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have been using HP printers for many years in my home and office but this one is by far my favorite. ASSEMBLY AND SETUP: Overall, it was very easy to assemble and setup. I really like that way the printer was packaged. After opening the box I notice something I have never seen before, the printer was in a bag with a HANDLE. It`s a small detail but made unpacking the printer so much easier, just lifted right out of the box. Set up was also easily completed in 10 minutes or less. Only small issue I had was installing the included ink cartridges. For some reason the printer did not recognize they had been installed. After removing them and reinstalling them I was able to complete the set. I had no problems connecting this printer to our network and also was able to set up three PCs and two smartphones (one android and one iphone) with no issues. PRINTING: Once setup printing is pretty straightforward. I like the large paper tray, it holds plenty of paper for a small office. The print quality is very good, clear text, bright colors and no smudging. I don`t print photos often but I think based on the other prints quality it should do this well also.APPS AND CONNECTIVITY: This is where this printer really shines in my opinion. I really like the apps for this printer. It can print from and scan to many popular online storage services right from the printers LCD, a smart phone or PC. I have never had a printer that had the ability and it is a awesome feature. They offer a monthly ink subscription service that seems like a good deal however I will most likely not use this option. PROBLEMS: As much as I like this unit I do have one complaint, the LCD. It`s a color touch screen, it`s clear and responsive if on the small size. The problem is the tilt range is limited. If you use this printer from a standing position like I do you may have a hard time seeing the screen. I wish it would tilt up about 10 more degrees, I feel like I have to crouch down slightly to really see the screen well. It`s not terrible but is a little hard to see while standing. Overall I`m very happy with this printer and would definitely recommend it to others.

I have always been a fan of the OfficeJet series. My most recent printer prior to this one was the 8620 has been very reliable. That being said, I have lots of experience setting up these printers. The app I was instructed to download began the setup wizard by detecting the printer. This is where I encountered my first issue. The setup wizard got up to the step where it found the printer and asked which network I wanted to join, I chose my home network, and the app just hung there. The display on the printer was also swirling as if it were waiting for the app to push it to the next step. I waited about five minutes and just decided to hit the ? button on the printer. This gave me the option to revert back to the home screen. I then observed that the printer actually was able to join the network and I could proceed with setting it up on my PC. Hopefully either an update to the app or a firmware update would sort out that hanging bug.My PC detected the printer quickly. I was able to print both from my PC and phone without issue. The printer is very fast and I`m excited about the two paper trays!Next up was scanning. I prefer scanning via network folder. Using the printer`s IP, I was able to easily hop onto the web gui and setup my scan to network folder. I scanned several documents to my PC from both the document feeder, and the flatbed glass without a hitch. The resolution was excellent. The touch screen display is far more intuitive than on the 8620, especially with the pull down menu. My only issue with the display is that I wish I could rearrange the icons to put my most frequently used tasks up front so I would not need to scroll over to scan. This is a feature I have been wishing for for some time and disappointed that it has not yet been implemented. Would love to see this in future products!Another minor bug I have noticed with this printer is the date/time. It keeps falling behind a day. I have had to re-sync it a couple of times. Hopefully a firmware update will resolve this. Apart from the couple of minor bugs, this is an amazing printer. I hope that HP releases a firmware to correct the minor bugs. Overall, I am very satisfied the 9025!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have never been a fan of HP printers, I always felt that they lacked some quality that other brands had in quality of print and in the machine itself. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the 9025 at my house. Upon initial unboxing, everything was laid out and packaged very well. I am a big stickler for this. Excess packing is such a waste of cost to consumers since it all goes in the garbage. When I pulled the printer out, I didn`t realize how big and bulky it was going to be, again a good thing for an office quality machine. When I got the printer onto the table to start setting it up, the front flap immediately fell down....guess I know where the ink goes. The front white piece where the logo is seems to be a very thin piece of plastic and would recommend this be made thicker and the magnet that holds it, be stronger. Plugging it in and setup was a complete breeze, anyone can do it, literally. After setup and configuration, I did encounter a problem even before I started printing. I received error B8047A26 and I had to reboot the whole printer. Once it rebooted, it connected and I was printing away. Everything worked well and the pictures and documents were clear and crisp. I was able to hook it up to my mac and the scanner works great, exactly like I would want. After a week of use daily, I cant find any problems with this machine. Its quiet, prints quick, and very nice looking. the double trays definitely come in handy. If I had a big gripe, I would say to make the print cartridges bigger. These are going to run out so quick and its noticeable when you sign up that they try to up-sell you on ink immediately.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Our other printer was a Dell and was a great printer but stopped working one day and could not be repaired. I knew I want an all in one printer with the ability to print from anywhere and I found it with the Officejet Pro 9025! I`ve had the printer for ten days now and it is everything I could have wanted and so much more! It prints really fast, copies and scans both sides of a document, accepts the full ream of paper (no more leftovers I don`t know where to store) and can hold 100 sheets of copies! It prints in color and has an option called HP instant ink that lets my printer never run out of ink! I have sent things to this printer from every area in my home and every device I own, iPhone, ipad and desktop pc! My print jobs were always there waiting for me without a hitch! Adding the printer to my available printers was a breeze. In fact setting it up for the first time was the easiest install ever and it was really fast! It`s all over wifi and Bluetooth! It came it a small enough box and was super easy to setup. It looks great and comes with an LCD screen that makes everything so easy to customize. If you are looking for a good quality all in one that will exceed your expectations than look no further because you`ve found it!

This printer was an absolute breeze to set up. It took less than 10 minutes and I was ready to go. It prints and scans from any of your devices and the connected app makes the process seamless. You can even email documents to the printer to print. It`s overall a very easy printer to use and the quality of the print jobs were perfect. I highly recommend this printer for home or office use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 9025 to replace our HP 8740 which is also a quality product and we were very happy with it but we use our printer a lot and attempt to upgrade when HP comes out with a improved product or the latest version of the one we have. The 9025 has basically the same excellent qualities as our 8740 but is smaller in size and has a little more capability in work functions. It appears to use less ink but has the same fine printing qualities and the ink seems to dry a little quicker. We do not have the problem with the tray sensors that the 8740 experienced. Constant warnings and reduction in printing speed. Also the 9025 ties into our smart phones a little better (At least it seems to). All in all we are very pleased with the 9025 and certainly would recommend it to others. Also if you have a limited space this will accommodate it better than the 8740.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Much more compact than my old HP8600. Still not sure about the ink plan I signed up for. I already received a box of ink and only have had the printer for two weeks!
