It was easy to set up. However, it looks like the FAX option which I find useful from time to time requires a hardwired phone system. As you may know smartphones seem to be required even for parking in some cities and towns like Virginia Beach. The ink system seems to be very expensive. I have not bothered to count the pages printed in the past but it doesn't include the paper so the local library may be far cheaper.
