This is the first time I've been disappointed in an HP printer, after being a loyalist for years. It jams frequently, and the jam can be exceptionally difficult to clear depending on if the paper gets caught as there are not “release” points
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ok printer the auto feed is a little wonky and the display is small and does stay in the up postion when you touch it it goes back to the vertical spot
The OfficeJet Pro 9015e AIO does its job quite well. Nice to have automatic two side printing. Scan speed is much faster than my previous 7 year old HP. Good print quality. The view screen on the printer allows adjustments before copying etc. Holds half a pack of paper. Color photos are very acceptable in quality. So far, no complaints.
Instructions were a little out of date for this printer. Would have preferred the ability to choose ethernet or wireless without having to change the setting on the printer each time.
