We like the printer but are still familiarizing ourselves with the differences from our last HP printer. We will know better, after a couple months of using it, if is it cost effective for us. It was simple to hookup and we like using HP Smart.

This is an upgrade for me following may years with smaller models. Installation was a problem because of ink cartridges the were not functional. Following a review with tech support and shipping of replacement cartridges the printer is functioning perfectly
