So far I am satisfied with my new HP printer. The print quality is very good. The printer is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected with all the dings and gadgets clicking inside.

HD difficulty with setting up...could not detect my wifi on the printer.I had to call for CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE and she was a gem...she helped me setup bluetooth and wifi. Its working perfectly thus far.

This printer does everything it says it does. Good printing but it's too big for me. They did not have the printer I wanted - neither did anywhere else - so I purchased this. It's way too big for the area I have to put it.

I purchased this printer to replace another HP that began to put lines onto copies sent thru the scanner. I like the new printer, but is has just begun to put lines on my copies. I know that when I have time the tech folks will assist, but this problem cases me to lose a star on my rating
