The HP 9015e performs exactly as I hoped it would in terms of the products it produces; quality is excellent, speed is very good. Not pleased with difficulty in removing paper tray to add paper and reinserting tray. Not pleased with difficulty in grasping and removing output tray.

already having problems with ink cartridges not being able to communicate. Have to take them out and reinstall them not what I bought the printer for is to work on.

I am very satisfied with this purchase and the printer is working beautifully. The set up takes a bit of time and effort and there are hp smart features that are not fully employed, but overall, I am happy with the printers performance. There was some initial problems with the setup as the printer did not accept the cartridges and caused some temporary error messages and printer jams. Once properly inserted after a few tries, the printer works fine and the colors are excellent.
