[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because of the multipage scanner capabilities and my old HP printer was aging out. It is awesome...a little noisy with powering up but I am very pleased so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd HP printer. I also have an HP Laptop. Very happy with their products and I love the instant ink service. The only thing about this printer is its slower to print than my last one. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous model 8000 printer which worked fine until HP stopped maintenance on it. So I bought this one which works just fine. The only issue is HP Smart, which insisted on printing everything via Private Pickup, which is nonsense if it is a printer for home use. It took me hours to figure out how to turn it off (turning it off in HP Smart is not the solution, despite it being logical), and there was no help to be gained from calling HP.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is functioning fine, although it took some doing to get it set up properly. The paper tray sticks out but seems to work fine that way. The software is a bit confusing. The whole printer is lighter than my previous 8610, but seems much cheaper - it's all plastic. Hardly any metal parts at all.
Great printer, especially the ADF which will auto scan both sides of a document, but it has its limitations in size. Very disappointed that it was not a true "plug and play". I had to call support to complete the setup. Support was quick to get a hold of and resolved the issue immediately.
The 9015e is exactly the device I wanted to replace my HPM476dw. Has all the functionality I need. My issue is that I can't set up scan to email. It's just too darn complicated. I finally found the information online but I am missing one piece of or dont understand one component of what I need to get the set up complete. To say I'm bummed would be an understatement.
