[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP 9000 met all of my demanding work from home needs. It’s fast and the print quality is a 10. Setup was simple enough for my teenage nephew, but that may not mean much. All teenagers are light years ahead of us.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a printer as efficient, as capable, or as quiet as the 9015 E ....very pleased....no issues at all
The device was very difficult to install. Also I still have a problem when I press print it brings the document at a “Save” mode and does not print. Please help me solve this problem. Then I will be glad to write another review.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer has performed poorly for you. It’s easy to understand why the process you describe of documents appearing in a “save” mode rather than printing would be puzzling and then very quickly quite frustrating. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some information aimed at making that happen.
I can’t tell from your review what’s behind this problem, but HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts who can guide you through the proper troubleshooting – or to access user manuals, troubleshooting guides, how-to documents and software updates – go to the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
I bought this printer 2 months ago and the printer already has had issues with the ink cartridges twice.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to learn that your printer has had issues with ink cartridges twice during the two months you’ve owned it. I can certainly see why that would be an unwelcome surprise for a new printer. I can’t tell from your review specifically what issues have come up, but I’ll nonetheless offer some resources that I hope will help you avoid similar occurrences in the future.
First, if it appears that a cartridge was defective, you can contact the seller who sent you the cartridge. Contact us if the defective supplies are genuine cartridges that are not replaced by the vendor (and they are still within their “warranty ends” date). Reach out to us via this link: - support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Next, if it’s a matter of black or color cartridges not performing like they should, I suggest following the steps listed in this guide to improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06191659
If the printer has displayed an error or rejected certain cartridges as incompatible – or for any other issue I’ve not described – I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer a month ago, after months of shopping around. I am very happy with my purchase and honestly wish I would have purchased it sooner! It has so many great features and the price is very reasonable! Also 6 months free ink and an awesome ink program that is way cheaper than I expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great but construction is flimsy such as the paper tray compared to my prior HP printer, Officejet Pro 8600 printer
