[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a replacement printer for the HP PhotoSmart D7260 that no longer has original cartridges available. This was an excellent printer for >10 years and still working well. An example for the quality of HP products. In review of HP current offerings, I found the Office Jet 9015e to provide all the services I needed including auto-duplexing. The printer is very fast especially in draft mode. With the new Instant Ink subscription, I never need to worry about running out to ink. Lower cost and no need to order or run to the store for new cartridges. All in all, what more do you need; features, speed, cost, with Ink automatically shipped to your home. Even better is having HP quality and reliability. Such a deal.

Didn't like having to troubleshoot right after setting it up due to a known issue with this printer (a port issue apparently, in my case). Had to uninstall and reinstall a couple times to get the updates. Last complaint, the gets stuck in the output tray without fully releasing. If not for these, I'd give it a solid 5. Overall, I am happy about this purchase.
