[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer setup needed restarted 3 times, but it eventually took the wifi connection. This printer was a replacement for my expired OfficeJet Pro 8600. The scans are quicker, printing is quicker, the ADF is improved with zero jamming so far, and the print quality is superb. I would buy this printer again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On day one my 9015e HP all in one printer worked perfectly. User instructions are available on the product screen. This is an excellent feature. Today is my third day of use. I am anticipating that my HP will have a long and smooth running life.
I purchased a HP printer/scanner as I had also purchased a HP computer and I wanted to be sure there were no "communication" problems between the computer and printer. For a few days, all was good. Now, I cannot scan as the printer says the software isn't on the computer and the computer says it is. It is loaded. However, even though both HP products, they can't reconcile what the problem is. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It awesome HP Officejet Pro 9015e printer I have not had any major problem yet expect sometime its sit to long when I want to print off a homework assignment for college it tells me it is offline then I must shut it down and turn it back one then it works fine. I have always used HP product from laptops, desktops and printers they all last a very long time.
