[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth HP printer. I love all-in-one features, specially Instant Ink offer that saves hundreds of dollars. Easy to operate. Fax from landline too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BOUGHT THIS A MONTH AGO AND THE BEST PRINTER I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. I AM PASSED THE AGE OF 62 AND WAS A LITTLE FEARFUL OF CONNECTING THE COMPUTER TO MY PRINTER. THE CONNECTION PROCESS WAS SO USER FRIENDLY UNTIL I FELT LIKE A PRO. MY MILLENNIUM DAUGHTER WAS SO PROUD OF HER MOM!!!
it does not hold that much it keep on needing to set up every time I used it. I returned it. HO lost me as a costumer until they start making their printers durability comes back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a decent printer, but there are a few quirks. The driver it installed is for a 9010 not for 9015e. HP Smart worked at first and now stopped being able to recognize my printer. My printer is working fine. I can print to it wireless. It is just HP Smart that is messed up. I tried reloading HP Smart multiple times to no avail. I reinstalled my printer multiple times to no avail. This is my 5th All-in-one HP printer in the last 20 years. This one is of lesser quality than the predecessors, and the paper tray is not as sturdy nor as easy to setup for different paper sizes as my past HP printers. Time will tell if it has any durability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month & am really liking it because of the variety of things it does. I was able to print the addresses on envelopes for my wedding & able to print on heavy cardstock... both things my previous HP printer couldn’t do. Everything looks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Print quality is good. Printer is very, very slow printing some kinds of documents (detailed spreadsheets for example). Paper drawer is more difficult to access than in previous HP printers. Software has proven to be quirky, requiring several re-installations. Printer suddenly, without apparent reason, is unable to scan to the computer on the network, requiring a reinstallation. HP Print and Scan Doctor is basically a simplistic joke, in my opinion.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic support meant to hold the paper in place was not movable to hold the 8 1/2 by 11 paper forward. The printer jammed. I was unable to raise class tray to remove the paper. They are replacing the printer. I trust the new one will respond properly. For years we have only had HP printers. I am very disappointed and concerned about the quality but hopeful
