I bought the refurbished model. The printer arrived undamaged, setup was easy. Not as fast nor quiet as I've had printers in the past, but like the ease of setup. I even subscribed to HP's ink program, and received 6 free months. Already have my 1st refill of cartridges ready to go.

The printer is not working properly. Be CAREFUL when purchasing. The entire printer cartridges leaked after I printed a few pages. Waiting on a new printer carriage.

it came with a bad black cartridge. and took me a while to find a phone number to call, but finally did. then they came on my computer and helped me get the printer set up.. Black cartridge is in there working, so guess it was a problem with printer and set up. But working okay now. I wish there was a way to scan multiple photos at a time, but apparently not.

Nice product, refurbished but you can't tell it from brand new. I usually buy refurbs and have yet to be disappointed. Printer is perfectly suited to my needs and I expect to use it for several years.
