[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer (9015) a month ago to replace an HP 8610. The new printer prints and copies fine, but it scanning functions are terrible. The user menu for this printer is not as nearly user friendly or as quick as the 8610. The quality of the scans is awful- almost unusable. I scan paperwork a lot, and I will have to go buy another machine to get satisfactory scans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like other reviewers, this all-in-one is a bit loud. Otherwise the quality of the output is the high quality I expected from HP. Initial software install ran into a glitch due to me still being on Windows 7. However, HP tech support was able to get me up and running in a single call. Unit also works well printing from mobile devices.
