Can't review printer the first one sent to me was faulty and sent back to you. waiting for delivery of the second one. I spent a total of 4.5 hours trying to connect the first one with tech support. At some point HP should find a way to reimburse me for my time, it too is very valuable to me! Have never had so much time spent to connect a printer.in my 12 years with HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that you’ve had such a rough time with your printer purchase. I can wholly understand why a nearly five-hour setup session followed by an exchange process that’s not yet complete would be tremendously frustrating. I want to help you have the best possible experience with the replacement printer, so I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will reach that end.
As I suspect you might already know, for setup and installation, you can access a tutorial specific to your printer on our support site. On the same page as the tutorial, you can find the main user manual, how-to documents, software updates and troubleshooting guides. Find those materials here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/37934143
You can also visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various tasks and issues, including connectivity, print quality and cartridge installation. There you can find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. You can find the page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If you need further assistance with anything else, I suggest that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the proper course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
So far the pinter is great had little problem with getting the printer Then change to sharing the printer and have not had no problem since. Great printer
I've had this printer now for about a week. Set up, as prior reviews indicated, was relatively easy. I've used all the main functions, but it took a while from when I used it to copy to return to print mode. Nonetheless, the Print and Scan Doctor app, did work and I'm back in business. I'm not yet accustomed to the idea of Instant Ink - not something I've thought about much after years of using just a laser printer with very occasional changes of the toner cartridge.
