Printer came preset with two-sided printing, which I have overriden multiple times and YEP, IT JUST DID IT AGAIN. Especially annoying since whoever wrote the UX on the site must have been doing it as a joke--you basically have to use Google to navigate the site. Also the ink cartridges seem to pop out at random.
I switched to HP printers about 6 years ago and have been very happy with tes decision. I use an all-in-one printer-scanner-fax for our home business and find it very user friendly and very reliable.
too undependable. Have had to uninstall and reinstall several times to make it print/scan. I've given up on the fax portion, Works of if all I need is a copy machine
It took me a while shopping around to get my HP 9015. I am absolutely pleased with the product and the convenience of having own printer at home is remarkable.
Best printer I’ve had since the last HP, before years of Brother and Canon. Software seems to be more sophisticated— more highly functional, as in intuitive and ease of use. Setup was simple and thorough for both pc and Mac. No troubling details to print from smart phones. No details at all. Print dialogue box popped up already discovered on network and ready to print. HPs automatic ink supply program is less expensive than suffering losses through after market ink rejections, supplying what you need when you need it, so it’s always fresh.
