Trouble installing with wire connection. Wireless installed without issue. Called support for wire connection and they connected the unit. Otherwise the printer works as expected.
There appears to be a design fault with the 9015 printer. When I printed two different pages with a solid background the printed page bunched up in the middle as it left the printer. The paper was still damp from the ink. It's as though the roller mechanisms were pushing the paper slightly from the edges; when the page was damp, the center of the page buckled. Other normal printing is fine.
The ink cartridges can shoot out like a bullet and can damage the carriage of the printer. There is no info on loading the cartridges in any order to stop this from happening.
The ink that came with the printer showed low as soon as I installed them. I signed up for Ink+ and they are sending new ink but it has been over a week and they have not arrived. Not happy. My last HP printer lasted over 10 years but does not print on two sides anymore so had to buy a new one.
The reason I give it a 3 star status is because of the problems I had to get the ink cartridges to click into place. They kept popping out. That took about half an hour just by itself. Patience was needed. When I did finally get to be able to print it worked exactly as I expected it to. When printing on photo paper be sure to set it on best printing mode otherwise you will get streaks or lines through the photograph. When attempting to print a photo on 4 x 6 inch photo paper it got stuck and did not print even though I set it to the correct setting for the size of paper I was using. I haven't printed any envelopes yet, so I am not sure how the printer will respond to that setting.
