This is my third HP OfficeJet and still the same quality and dependability. This one is a little noisier than my other though. I hope it lasts as long.
This printer replaced two Office Jets: a HP 8600 all-in-one and a HP 8625 all-in-one that I had had for many years. I like the smaller size of this printer the HP 9015. It was a little trouble setting it up to my computer. It kept saying there was no connection, but of course there was since I had already printed something from my computer. Never had a problem before and have had many printers. Maybe the "idiot picture sheet" (no written instructions or manual) was too simple for me. The paper tray seems a little flimsy to me like it could be easy to break but maybe I am just use to more sturdy plastic. So far I have printed from two computers, I scanned to one computer, and I have made a copy of a document. Everything worked as it should. The print quality is very good and the speed isn't bad. Oh, did I mention I really like the smaller size. I think this is a good product.
As usual with the Office Jet printers I've owned, this one is a great asset to the office. It meets all of our expectations. My only reason for a drop in stars is that the setup got "stuck" when following the 123.hp.com on my Windows 10 (home) laptop, possibly because of a network glitch. It was easy enough for us in IT to resolve manually, but might be a challenge to folks buying this as a first printer. I am so used to HP's installation being flawlessly easy that this was a bit of a surprise, and maybe dropping a star is a bit harsh. Once installed, I'm 100% happy with it.
Great hardware. It is fast, print quality is good but duplex scanning seems buggy with HP Smart for Mac. Some pages are inverted and are tricky to maneuver.
So far I have been very pleased with this product. I especially appreciate the straightforward installation instructions and the automatic print cartridge program. I have not had the time yet to investigate all the features of this printer.
