I could hardly believe that you could buy a home printer that even lets you scan stacks of papers through a feeder and can handle double sided scanning, printing and copying no less! We connected it into our network and after downloading hp software to our laptops, everyone can initiate printing from their own laptop. We have had the printer for about a year now and are still pleased with all its features. We use the automatic ink service. It feels a bit controlling; there are a bunch of rules and they decide when to send you ink, but if you can get over that part, it is super convenient. We never have to worry about buying ink and we are never out of ink.

I finally have a printer that I can activate via WiFi. No cables needed and so easy to use. It took me a little time to set up as my internet was playing up but I now have the app downloaded on my iPad and my work laptop.The quality of the printing is exceptional.

I have been using this for business and homeschooling print offs when my children have had to isolate- I find it prints well and quickly. The quality is always spot on and I have not found any flaws with it. I have been able to print on 300gsm card without any issues which I am happy with.
The ink subscription is a massive help as well as I don’t have to think about my ink usage and I can print labels and prints to my hearts content.
Sometimes it loses connection and I have an issue with printing wirelessly but that could be my amazing internet.

Brilliant printer, so easy to set up took a minute or two, downloaded the app and it took me through set up step by step. Does everything it says on the tin. Highly recommend and perfect for a busy family with two students!

Old 8710 was on its last legs after many years of great use. wanted 2 trays and all the features of the 8710 so 9022 was perfect. Also the 6 month free HP ink was great as we were used to this service and so made the deal great value

We bought this for use in a church office, as a general purpose machine.
The initial setup was more difficult than expected, as the registration process failed repeatedly. This was solved by the HP support engineer in a remote session.
They diagnosed the issues as -
Using a 5g wireless network when registering the printer (only works reliably on 2.4g)
Use of a VPN during the registration process
Surprisingly wi-fi connection is disabled when connected to a LAN which may disappoint some users.
Print quality is excellent.
Document feeder may struggle to grip and feed heavier / glossy originals
It is to early to judge ink consumption - but the first consignment of replacement cartridges (instant ink) arrived within 1 week of registration.

Have used HP printers for many years and always take advantage of Instant Ink which is a no brainer, always have the ink and never run out, this printer is at another level, faster, quieter then most and the quality is great
