Quick and Quiet

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 may be my favorite printer yet.After downloading the HP Smart app it was a breeze to set up. It`s sleek,smooth square design is modern enough to blend into any type of environment .It`s not too big and not as heavy as other printers I have owned.The print quality is exceptional.My favorite feature is how quiet it is compared to other printers.Sometimes I check to make sure it`s really printing. I love the control panel and how I can check on work I`ve done through it.I love that mobile printing is so easy to utilize through the HP Smart app and that I have the option to send documents to my email,the Cloud or to print.The Smart Tasks option is definitely a plus. I also love that it runs seamlessly with my HP computer.I haven`t used all of this printer`s features but am looking forward to it. All in all the HP 9025 is at the top of it`s class .Whether it`s for the workplace or a home office ,I would surely recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants to speed up productivity while maintaining good quality documents at the same time.

Great Home Office Printer

Setup of the printer is easy. I just had to plug it in, connect it to my WiFi network and my computer took it from there. The cartridges are a good size and pretty simple to install - maybe too simple. I usually have to force cartridges in and wait for the "click" but these slid in with no problem.
I print a lot of colorful reports, scrapbooking pages and all kinds of labels. The quality is very crisp and consistent across pages. The cartridges seem to yield a good amount of pages. I have not run out of ink yet.
I really enjoy using the app with this printer. I have printed documents while at work directly via the app. Having this capability has really enhanced my experience. My husband enjoys the dual-sided scanning option. This is a feature that we did not have with our previous printer (HP Photosmart 5522). Prior to purchasing this printer, we would have to go to a store that offered dual-sided scanning but now we can do it from home.
I highly recommend this printer to anyone that is doing a bit more than basic print jobs and looking for a bit more power. It is ideal for home office!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the printer in less than one day. That was great. HOWEVER, one of the ink cartridges is defective and I have not been able to install the printer to print, copy, or scan because of this. I called your customer service number and they walked me through testing all the cartridges (which I had done several times on my own). I was then informed that it would be 7 to 10 days before I received replacement ink. I told the agent that I needed this printer for work and that the ink should be delivered as quickly as the printer. No such luck. What a shame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this, set it up, printed out first page, no issues. Scanned first page back in and that scanned document (page) was crooked or tilted. Sizing of scanned page did not match original. Margins were off, text in scan was shifted. Image in scanned result was of different size, and so was text.
Scanned different pages, of high quality printed documents, and all came out crooked or tilted, margins off, etc. Does not matter if you use the document feeder or place the page directly on the scanning bed aligned to the corner, the resulting scan always comes out crooked.
This is unacceptable if you are in need of an accurate scan in order to edit PDF documents. OCR fails because of tilted text.
The attractiveness of an All-In-One printer with the scanning capability that the 9025e is supposed to deliver is the elimination of a dedicated piece of equipment for scanning documents or photos or other paperwork.
The 9025e fails in quality document scanning. Investigation of other reviews on 9025e and other HP All-In-One printers reveal many have this crooked or tilted scan issue.
Had high hopes that HP's 9025e would have incorporated the latest in scan technology producing high quality results but sadly this is not the case.
Returned the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I work from home full-time and have a small home office which I utilize 5 days a week. My job duties require me to print multiple documents (color/black and white) on a daily basis. I also need to scan documents as needed. Printer: I was very impressed with the quality and design of the printer. Its small, sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The printer cartridges are easily accessible, which makes changing out cartridges a breeze. Assembly was easy and quick. Just take out the printer, install the cartridges, plug in the power cord, and you`re ready to begin the set up process. The touchscreen on the printer even has how-to videos instructing you on how to properly set up and configure your printer. Print Quality: Pages printed quickly and efficiently and it was not as loud as other printers I have owned or used before. Print jobs sent from my phone to the printer were instant and seamless. I printed in both black and white and color and this printer performed flawlessly. I even printed a page that had multiple colors and required heavy amounts of ink (both black and color) and the printer handled it with ease.HP Smart Application: The app worked very well with the printer/scanner. It`s very intuitive and simple to use. Scanning: The scanning function worked without any issues. The scan quality was very high and the scanning jobs were sent quickly both to and from the app. Issues: The time it took to access, install, and configure the printer on my mobile device (iphone) took longer than I expected, given the ease and simplicity of the initial set up of the printer itself. Overall: I was very impressed with this printer. It`s aesthetically pleasing and quiet. The documents printed quickly and without errors. The scanning feature was easy to use and produced high-quality outputs. The HP Smart app worked very well with the printer and scanner. The amount of time it took to access, install, and configure the printer on my mobile device took longer than I anticipated but that could be due to multiple factors and can not definitively be attributed to the software itself. I would highly recommend purchasing this printer.

This printer has excellent speed capable of handling many small business needs. The printer was very simple to install with minimal components and instructions. The instructions walked though very clearly on the screen attached to the printer. The only somewhat tricky part could be for a novice would be setting up the wi-fi network however if you follow instructions it was very easy. This product is better than other HP printers I have used in the past based on the speed and ease of setup and ability to install to multiple phones and computers. The product does meet my overall expectations and I would recommend this printer to anyone in need of an affordable multi-purpose high speed printer. The only suggestion I would have for HP would be to still simplify further the setup process through wi-fi if it is possible. I overall impression is a solid thumbs up for this printer.
