I purchased my printer two weeks ago. I still have not gotten it to operate as I continually get an error message when I try to download the necessary software therefore at this point I do not have a very favorable opinion of HP or it's support system.

Unhappy for the 1st time with an HP printer. Not user-friendly. Cannot setup with WIFI and it is much more complicated than any other HP printer I've had in 20+ years.

I can't get it to turn off without unplugging it. It goes offline all the time and it is impossible to get it back online unless you unplug it. Paper holder isn't large enough. Won't scan unless it is hard wired to your PC.
