I upgraded to this printer from an OfficeJet Pro 8600 which became more and more difficult to manage whenever it had to be re-setup or had a new cartridge installed (i.e. required several cleanings for new cartridges to work right). The 9015e was very easy to install, get connected, and have multiple devices print to. It's a faster printer, but it is noisier. I don't expect printers to be quiet; the 8600 certainly was not. Unfortunately, this newer model is noticeably louder!
the paper in the tray is moving around it does not stay in place so the margins always print differently, otherwise I would really like this printer because it prints good quality and very quickly
The printer does a very nice job. Printing is clear, and colors are very good. However, after three calls to HP support, my computer has a difficult time connecting to the printer.
I like the printer but was disappointed when I found out that the scanner tray can only handle 10-12 sheets at a time. My previous HP scanner actually handled more and if you deal with contracts a lot, as I do, this slows the whole process down. So the print and general mechanical speed is good but it is offset by having to baby sit the thin feeder tray.
I love the print speed and the color accuracy. I still have to get used to (and not cringe at) the messages I get of type "I'm only trying to help you."
