Great experience after initial setup faux pas

I've only had this printer for a few weeks, used the printer function several times and the scan function once; it's been a great experience. Initially, however, there was a bauble with the wi-fi connection. I contacted HP tech support and was told the printer works best on a 2.4 Ghz setting. Got that setup and the next time I turned the printer on, I found that it reverted to the 5 Ghz setting. Contacted HP tech support again and found an agent that helped me establish a 2.4 Ghz connection that I now use solely when I need to use the printer. It's worked flawlessly since then! I used this strictly for home and I appreciate great print quality and I believe it produces just that. I look forward to having this printer for the next several years.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Allows for multiple email addresses to be used for scanning etc. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy. I also had some issues printing a photo, but was able to figure out a work around. Overall it's a good product, not as great as our previous HP 8630 all in one printer but the next best thing we could get at this time as sadly that model is no longer available.

Very disappointed in my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015!!! I have experienced an ongoing problem with not being able to scan documents to my computer from the HP 9015. I have spent hours trying to correct the problem, all unsuccessful. I have used the HP Scan Doctor program to update their software to correct the problem and it only works temporarily. I have tried using the HP Virtual Assistant and that is a joke. I have been unsuccessful to find a telephone number for HP so that I could talk to a human being and hopefully correct the problem and I have yet to find such a telephone number.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
