Really like the ability to copy two sided documents easily. Also being able to scan multiple pages without having to individually change each page is great, too. Faster and better than my old HP 6600.

I bought this mid September to use with ny new Windows 10 computer, needed a printer that could be delivered quickly. That was the main reason I chose this one. It is ok, but is bigger than I realized and is also noisy. Prefer my old one which is 5 or 6 years old.

I bought this about a month ago. It performs very well and has a the features that one would expect from a HP product. The only feature which it is lacking is a single sheet feeder. This is very important for printing checks, envelopes and other special printing situations. If I would have realized this beforehand I probably would have bought a different HP printer.

Improvements to Setup Instructions Sorely Needed

The printer is great now that it's set up. But the setup was a long and arduous process, nearly impossible. It was way too complicated. It could have been simplified with simple, complete, easy-to-follow instructions included with the printer. HP is missing a great marketing opportunity. Word-of-mouth advertising is the very best and word of how easy set-up is would travel like wildfire if good instructions were to be provided. Suggestion: bring technically savvy people together with regular people who are users but not computer geeks, to create good instructions. Then in a testing lab, provide boxed products to non-geek computer users along with instructions and see how they are able to set up. Have meetings afterward to get feedback, modification of instructions, etc. After an iteration or two, you would have much improved instructions and happier customers. Then HP would enjoy increased revenues ultimately as a result.

Printer setup was easy and it has stayed connected to my home network which was a problem with my HP 8715. so far performance is good. The construction of the 9015 is very poor and the quality of the materials used is far below the quality of the 8715. The paper tray is flimsy and changing sizes of paper is difficult due to tray design. I expect the tray to break at any minute and anything but very careful handling is taking a chance.

Solid printer, finicky scanner set up over network

Works well as a printer, including over wifi. Have not been able to configure key scanning features (scan to computer, scan to network folder). So far, I can scan only by pulling the scan from the HP software on my Mac. Can't trigger a scan from the printer/scanner.
