The first printer was defective but with excellent help from HP it was replaced with a well working printer. I appreciate the excellent assistance which guided me through the examination and diagnosis of the first printer and the quick efficient replacement
my wife and I both found the new features to be less friendly than our old model which served well for many years. On balance, the copier gets the job done.
This printer was easy to set up. Downfalls are that it’s extremely noisy and clunky when printing. It is painful the number of steps it takes to scan something to your email and the screen is really tiny. Loved my last HP printer so much. This is a disappointment in comparison.
I replaced my HP 8620 inkjet All-in-one print for the HP 9015 inkjet. In general, they look similar. I can judge all the features because I bought it a week ago. The print quality is not robust, like my previous HP 8620 Inkjet print. There is no software to download and control the printer from your computer. You need to use an app “HP smart.” I prefer the software because I could do several things that I can not from the app. The touch screen is too small; it is easy to manipulate the screen. Print quality. It is the same quality. I can recommend the HP 9015 but I think that the price is too expensive.
I wanted an all-in-one printer to replace the one whose printhead just died. I am pleased with its smaller footprint, but was surprised by how complicated it was to get the drivers downloaded and communicating between the computer and printer.
I just purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 all-in-one printer. It prints really well, crisp and clean with reasonable speed. I haven't succeeded in getting it connected to my home wifi, but I'm working on it. The automatic connection script works fairly well, but it hung up on me twice. I finally had to force-quit it and do a manual setup. The printer is still having difficulty reading my wifi, so I'm getting a signal booster to see if that will help. Overall, I'm satisfied with the Pro 9015's performance, and will keep working on the network connection.
I heard great things about this printer and was excited to try it! However, within 10 minutes of using it, the copier started making a terrible grinding noise and wouldn’t pull the paper through. Returning it.
