Working well. Crisp and quiet printing. Ink supply arrangements appear good but of course I won't be able to evaluate this properly until after the one-year free period expires.

Still a great printer, but a little tough to follow software instructions online.

I bought the new HP printer to replace my old HP printer that lost the Blue ink in all printing after many years service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a mess. It took foir phone calls to get it to work. The actions taken have obviously upset my computer so i will have to soend some more money to get it sorted in addition to the additional &230 u have gorced me go soend pn another firewall.
It prints eith the back page furst instrad of the first page

Just need a quick, easy to use and fuss free printer. Sadly not the case.

About a month ago my trusty HP printer finally broke after many years of trouble free service. I didn't hesitate in buying a similar HP printer. The new purchase is not as robust as the original printer. More plastic, less sturdy, slower in operation, noisy. Operating software interface is not user friendly. There are times when additional print options need to be set. Print command and old faithful just printed. Not always the case with this new purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good printer, not so good scanner, poor delivery

The printer/scanner is good. When using the automatic document feeder, scanned pages are not always straight. The online purchase filters are misleading: when using home office there is an option for two sided scanning but on home it just says scanning. Delivery took four days rather than two. HP Smart + was difficult to install - a lot of time spent in the phone.

Using for last 4 weeks and very happy. Prints quickly and great quality. Only bug bear is that a nag screen pops up on iPad/iphone when double sided printing and the ink is drying each and every page.
