This is the 3rd HP printer I have had. I can say definately HP makes a great product. They are easy to use and do exactly what I need them to do. My Office Jet Pro 9015 is best yet.

I just bought this model, having had the OfficeJet Pro 8600 for 6 years which I loved. I am disappointed. I have used the "copy," "scan" and "print" features so far. However, I cannot scan from printer to computer unless I use the HP app. This works but this wouldn't be my preference to scan. The box indicates it's compatible with my OS system; evidently, though, at least the scan from printer feature is not. I also had an installation issue with the
printhead (which looked nothing like the picture that came with it) and I find the printer to be noisy.
