The printer makes lots of squeaky noises before printing. The tray the printed documents comes out on is too short! Do like that there are 2 paper trays and the application partners are fun to explore

I bought this Scanner (hp OfficeJet Pro 9015) - it arrived. The Printer works fine - but I am having trouble with the Scanner part of it. A relative took a swing at it - couldn't succeed either. I am going to have to call Geek Squad.

Mainly bought this printer to print pictures. Sometimes it prints lines through the pictures, I don't know why yet, but mostly it prints nice photos. It also prints fast. I am happy with this purchase overall.

this is the first inkjet. Usually I buy a laser as they lend themselves to home office, but thought I would try the inkjet as it received consistently high marks. I have only had the product 2 weeks, so it is hard to say how well it will hold up over time and heavy use. I do not like the touchscreen it is small and doesn't respond like the 8620.

Paper jammed right away, I had to insert the cartridges somewhere between 20-30 times and they kept popping out.
Not an intuitive set up.
The mobile app also had issues and the user experience really needs to be thought through again, I got taken to URLs and links that just didn't work. Eventually (after 3 days of attempting to install the printer), it worked.

The box was bent and smashed on a corner. We hooked up printer. Print is dull and blotchy even after aligning and cleaning printer heads. Printed 70 color pages on normal and ink is depleted?? It advertises 1000+ pages. Extremely disappointed and will be contacting customers service. This could be due to shipping but I don’t know.
