The printer seems good enough and I like the HP Smart App and HP Ink. However, I have started getting a driver unavailable error and after more than 2.5 hours online to support today (case ***) it is still not resolved and I have been referred to Microsoft support instead.

I brought the printer quite recently after having looked at several out there and as I have always had good results from HP, I was happy to order the device.
It came on time and was not damaged in any way. However when I went to install it, I had great difficulty trying to install it and left it for several weeks believing what a Technical Support engineer who rang me perporting to be working on behalf of HP had told me. I contacted Technical support at HP and finally speak to a gentleman who knew what he was doing and we spent at least an hour going through how to set this printer up. Initially the software was not downloaded correctly and there were other things that needed deleting from my machine and re-installed, but in the end we succeeded in getting it going. Apart from needing new ink which was a bit nausious to go through, the printer is working fine now.
