I have had this printer for a week now and it by far was the easiest to install. Really like the way it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used HP printers for many years at home and work. My previous 2 home printers worked well, with a few issues regarding installation, the software packages and ink cartridges/printer heads. When my 2nd home printer developed unsolvable issues with the print heads (new print heads didn't help) I decided to upgrade to a newer unit and after reviewing what was available decided HP still offered the best option.
I ordered the HP Officejet Pro 9015. Set up and installation was a breeze! Just turned it on and followed the prompts on the screen. It linked up with my home network, Galaxy S10+ phone, Galaxy Book2 and Toshiba Satellite laptop without issue. Printing is simple and straight forward from all my devices.
I haven't tried coping, scanning or faxing anything yet. I don't expect coping or faxing to be a problem, and am guarded about scanning as the previous printers were a pain to scan with due to the software, but we'll see how that goes.
I had to get a new printer because my HP8610 started to act up. I was so devastated that was a very good printer. The HP9015 is a good one to though, I am looking forward to using it to it's full capacity/
I'm a devoted HP products user but disappointed in quality, features and functions of the 9015. Doesn't hold a candle to the performance of the 8600. Would like to return it please.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Cameron.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not performed like you’d anticipated. It’s easy to understand why this would indeed be disappointing, especially considering you’ve been such a fan of HP products, so I’ll offer some information and resources I hope will help.
I can’t tell from your review what issues your printer faces or why it has been a disappointment, so I recommend that you get in touch with us directly for support at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
I like the printer with the exception of the paper tray. It doesn’t have a paper guide. Instead when you load paper, you push the paper to the back of printer
Bought 2 weeks ago. Great quality prints. Fairly easy to set up. Would have liked clearer instructions for connecting to other devices in home. Only minor problem was getting the print cartridges to properly seat in carriage the first time.
