I have purchased this printer couple weeks ago to help me with my business I am about to launch. Does very good job. Printer is fast, colors are accurate although I do not need printing in color much. Wifi connection is strong and scanner works perfect. The touch screen is no-brainer and all features are very easy to understand and use. This device made my life so much easier. Thank you HP for great equipment.
The bottomline is this printer does everything you can think of. I wanted a fast printer with a document feeder and this one fills the bill. All my previous HP All-In-Ones printed like a slug. The scanner has enhanced scanning with OCR if you need it. The scanner is fast and the maximum document resolution is 300 which is fine compared to much higher on the lower priced models but I wanted speed. I had to pay a little more but got everything I need including fax.
I was very excited to receive this printer but very disappointed when I set it up. For the price, the quality is very poor. It is noisy and the unit itself is very poorly made. Not worth the money spent
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not performed like you’d anticipated. It’s easy to understand why this would indeed be frustrating, so I’ll offer some information and resources I hope will help.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the noisy printing, but it’s concerning enough that I believe it deserves further investigation, so I recommend that you get in touch with us directly for support at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
like title says a few old so far very happy with it. easy to set up the only thing that i do not like is that you need wifi to keep an eye on your ink usage for h p to send you more before your existing ink in printer runs out
