product works fine though I was/am disappointed in the instructions included in the installation. it is only by accident that I was able to find the 'setup' instructions allowing me to modify faxing and scanning options. could use some better direction here.

The instructions were flawed and did not address all the decision points. The print cartridges were clumsy to put in, and I got multiple error messages and had to reinstall them three or four times when they then miraculously worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The copier just received does not handle legal-sized paper, i.e., 8.5 x 14 inches.
The copy to be copied needs to be placed in the top left corner, not the bottom right corner as has been for so many years.
The changing of usage is difficult to handle.
