I bought about three weeks ago. It’s ok so far. Have had to call for support a few times. It is not as sturdy of HP 8610. Always feel I’m going to break something.
I have no Wi-Fi access so using bluetooth to connect my various devices. This works for iPhone and iPad mini but not MacBook which requires HP driver software. The latest version of Catalina is not compatible. HP says I have to wait for Mac to do the fix.
I purchased this over the telephone and as my old HP Printer suddenly stopped working. I was given good service over the phone, but putting it together was confusing and it took some time and patience. At nearly 70 years old, I find that the new technology developed is more complex all the time. And with onset of Covid-19 it is so very difficult to find anyone willing to come here to help. HP makes good products but I do wish they would stop reinventing the wheel and as the old technology worked well. At my age it is less likely I will go this route the next time.
I bought this recently for remote work at home. It does everything I need and then some! Holds good amount of paper & prints double sided- yes! My only niggle about this product is loading the ink cartridges in- which should be easy however, mine kept popping out when I tried putting them all in. Not happy having to wrestle the 4 slim cartridges into place! They should just simply click into place.
