Old HP Printer had gave up the ghost regarding printer heads. So I ordered this new one and was a snap to get up and running in my office. Is much quitter and quicker unit than the old 8600 Premium model I had. Have always bought HP 4 way machines for my office and they have worked very well for me.

I’m a loyal HP customer but the the 9015 is drastically noisier than my previous model (8710) and the all-plastic paper tray lacks the paper-length adjustable guide. Overall it feels like a decrease in structural quality at twice the cost of my previous printer. That said, no complaints on the printing quality.

Replaced an 8060 with a 9015. Much lighter and although has more capabilities it is a bit smaller which I like. Also, because the case is not fully black but light and medium grey, it is friendlier on the eye. Also, whoever developed the packaging on this unit should get a bonus! The bag with the handles made it a snap to get out of the box and move it to my filing cabinet top to finalize the set-up.
