Difficult to set up, the jury is out as to how long it will last since my last HP product only lasted one year. On line phone service only took 9 hours over two days to get it set up. Other than that all is good

printer is ok. great print quality. holds a great deal of paper. has many flaws like unable to stop printing in progress easily...screen is hard to see...no page counter...paper tray is hard to change paper size...its noisey when printing...hp instant ink is a waste of money. because you will be charged for white pages and 1/2 pages.

After much research on the various HP printer models I selected the 9015e because it seemed to be the best performing printer for our household use where we probably average more than 500 pages per month and sometimes more. The printer has exceeded our expectations thus far and I would highly recommend it. I also like the instant ink program which we will continue to subscribe to after our six months free expires.
