Very pleased with this printer as I am using it as an upgrade to an older printer.Delivery was a little slow - it arrived on the day I was going to contact the courier!
Considering it is an office printer, it is compact and fits nicely on the sideboard I use. I have it hardwired to my PC, but it is also used as a network printer by others. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate.
Setup was very easy, plug the cables and ink cartridges in, download the software and done. It was easy to set up the HP app on my phone and tablet, too. I like that this printer has the option of connecting wirelessly via 2.4 or 5GHz bands.
The desktop and app programmes are user friendly, even my 65 year old father-in-law could navigate it!
This printer is fast, which is excellent when printing reports and projects, or even a run of invoices. The double sided scan and print features are also a godsend when it comes to time saving and convenience.
Text is superbly quick, but even printing out full A4 sized photos didn't take too long, either. Colours came out bright with no bleeding, and both text and pictures were clear and crisp.
I looked at the printer ink subscription, you do save money overall, but they are still expensive. However, this is true for all printer inks.
The price of the printer itself isn't too pricey for what it does.
Overall, I feel this is an excellent printer and would recommend to anyone.

I received this printer a few days ago, from ope in the box it has been a dream to set up!. Very robust, inlike the touch screen and the set up was so easy. I plugged it in and followed the picture instructions. I found it also great that the HP+ apl let's me take control.if the ink initially for 6 months trial and another years warranty so it's perfect.
Compared to previous owned printers this HP is a super speedy, clear, very true to original and quality each time I use it. I have 2 people at home who run small businesses and 1at college and another at high school so the printer will be well used by all.
So happy to have been chosen for this campaign and hope to apply for more. Inwould definitely recommend this HP printer to anyone who required a reliable, fast quality printer.
I can't wait to play around with a few.project's and use the double sided feature as I've never had this on any printers in the past. Thank you insiders I can't wait to share.

Features and Printing Good. ADF can sometimes ...

Features and Printing Good. ADF can sometimes prove a problem to get the pages to be scanned properly aligned and consequently scanned image slightly twisted, therefore have to try again, too easy to insert slightly out of alignment. However the scanner does both sides in one pass, the reason why purchased, and this saves time.
