[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used HP AIO & recently upgraded to 9025. It's really fast, excellent print quality & does everything I need in my Home Office
I am pleased with the performance of my OfficeJet Pro 9025; with a smaller footprint than my previous model, it does everything well. The single pass, both sides scanning and printing is the most useful feature, it is fast in response and has handled the paper path very well. Since I have chosen to have it wired to my network, I have not evaluated the wifi connectivity and recurring dropped connection to the PC, that used to plague HP products.
This printer is a good value for the wealth of features it provides. After I got by the initial installation issues, I have been successful at testing duplex document printing, greeting cards, thick paper stock, envelopes, labels, the copy function, and have successfully got the scan-to-computer function working. Ink prices are very good and print is crisp, clear, and colors are true. The reason I dropped my rating one star... My home network is a wired, internal net, and I do not need the printer on my Wi-Fi. I could not get all of the features working when I had it in a wired configuration. After fussing with it for two days, I threw in the towel and reinstalled it on my Wi-Fi - everything started working, including the incessant nags about instant ink. I'm happy with the printer, but occasionally it drops off of Wi-Fi and has to be restarted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have kept my HP OJ Pro 8740 printer. The price for the HP OJ Pro 9025 AIO price was great. It is hard to set up the 9025. The setup for the 8740 was much easier.
