I have been using it for about two weeks and do like it, however the paper tray needs to be improved. It is much more cumbersom in putting it on once one has refilled the tray in assembling it together again. It can be annoying and a little fustrating to get it to align properly.

I purchase this product last month, used HP all in one for years The office jet Pro is by far the best. I love how easy it to set up. My previous printers I could not read the display screen, I was so excited about the easy to read display. Fast and a lot quieter printing. Being quarantine I found myself needing to fax documents to the tax preparer as well as medical information to my surprise not having a landline telephone I am able to fax using the app that came with the printer to my tax preparer and others A huge plus.Love the ability to print documents from my smart phone my tablet and my printer. Great job HP on this product love love love my printer.

Bought this printer to replace the HP 8036 when that one developed a Paper Jam Error which I could not get to clear.
Now we get a Print Head Error several times a day on the new 9025. Each time we have to remove the Print Head, Turn Off Power, Put it back in, Turn it on.
This is unacceptable.
