The printer freezes up occasionally and you have to unplug it for a minute. You also can't just use it from the from the touch pad, you have to go through the HP smart software, and so far I can't print from wifi.

I have owned many HP printers and am very happy with them. this 9015e is a excellent printer and works very well after the excellent HP service got it working. I wish the screen was larger, it's too small and the scanner door could use a spring in it so it does flop down on your hand. a very good all in one printer
