The simplistic setup and overall UI is a breath of fresh air for IT, not having to waste time on helping people with printer problems. The best part is that no performance is sacrificed in order to accomplish this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spending time at home due lock down, I looked to upgrade from my All-in-One 8710, which has been fantastic for a few years. This new 9025 have more bells & whistles plus the wireless functions are workign thoughout my 2-story home and my wife's prints daily off her IPhon on the unit, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new Office Jet Inkjet printer because my old one finally broke down. I like it except that it won't accept heavier glossy paper. I have been trying to print on a premium 50 lb. glossy cover paper for some booklets I'm compiling. The feeder will not pick up the paper and when I try to nudge it into the feeder it says that there is a paper jam. That is very frustrating. I guess I'll have to try a bit lighter grade flyer paper instead. Otherwise I generally like it. HP tech support made set up easy. I hope I can resolve the paper issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer a month ago and I have really been enjoying it. The only complaint I have is the task of placing the ink cartridges in their compartment. They pop back out and then you push them back in but you are uncertain if you are pushing too hard because you don’t want to damage the cartridge. I’m excited about the ink replacement/monitoring system. Like I never have to go to the buy to buy ink, it gets shipped to me and the monthly fees are very affordable.
