[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My older HP all-in-one printer had a print head problem so it was easier to just purchase a new one. I had it for seven or eight years, without any problem. Customer service was wonderful because I was a former HP customer they offered me a better model for a wonderful price. I received the product in like three days and it practically set it self up! It was so easy that I thought I did something wrong!! LOL!! I have used HP printers for years and I honestly don’t think I will ever stop using HP products.

I like it because it's smaller but still has all the capacity of my old printer. The only thing I don't like is when it prints the gears sound like that made out of plastic I hear a lot of crunching both lines and that's normal

Until I have an opportunity to see if future cartridges load easier and cartridges last longer, I will wait to recommend this product.

I just need to figure out how to scan. Hey HP it would be useful to include scanning instructions in the package.

The only reason for withholding a star was that the software installation was not clear or easy. Probably spent about 1.5 hours more than I should have, just trying to understand how to install without enrolling in the instant ink reordering program. If you like instant ink, fine. If not, the installation wasn't a clear path for me. Maybe I'm slow.
