I got this printer because I wanted an upgraded one due to studying a lot I needed a double-sided printer. The printer was easy to set up and even connects with my phone very easily.I love how it has a tray that closes for the paper particularly with having young children they use to take it from my old one now it's safely away from little hands.
I also love how when you do double-sided printing it stops to say it's drying and it's support fast, I've also printed a few certificates on a card to go in my frames from it and the quality was outstanding.
My overall opinion is that I would certainly recommend it to anyone and I will be sticking with this printer for a long time.

Overall this is a fantastic buy. The ink cartridges are very easy to install and the initial set-up is very easy too. This is actually the first printer I've owned where you can print straight from your phone, which I like! Something to be aware of is the size as it is a large printer (approx H27cm x W44cm x D39cm). When you install HP Smart, you have the option to sign up for the "Instant Ink" service. This service is optional and you pay between 99p - *** a month depending on how many pages you print monthly. HP then automatically sends you ink when the printer tells HP it needs more. Also, you can sign up for HP Plus during set-up which gives you a 1-year extra warranty. I was impressed with the print quality. The only downside is that the printer is quite expensive.

Very happy to test such a good product, the stylish look and functionality of the printer was ideal. It fitted in very nicely to my new home office, the printing noise is very good and not a loud racket. I was pleased with the wireless functionality of it and the HP instant ink program. The HP instant ink is really good and I think I will save a lot of money on ink as you only pay per pages on a monthly basis and this suits me better than buying expensive ink as and when required. It is really smart that the printer tells HP what ink you need and they will post it out to you with communication from the printer.
Would purchase this if I never owned it and recommend to my friends and family.

My partner said to me this week, this printer has made out life alot easier no hassle in set no hassle in using.

I was looking to replace my old photocopier that was heavy and big which something lighter and smaller without losing any of the quality and this does all that and more. It does all that you want, print, copy and scan in both colour and black and white. It can also copy and print double sided without needing to change the page which is an added bonus. The top loading faclity allows for quick copying and the scanning glass is great for more precision.
The fact it uses ink rather than toner is a big plus, as toner can get really expensive. The printer is wireless and can connect to mobiles, laptops and desktops and is so easy to print that an a computer novice can print.
The only thing about the printer is it did take a good 30 minutes to set up fully and correctly, again a reminder to read the instructions whilst setting up. After that, it is all plain sailing.
A must for anyone that works from home or needs to print as part of their job. A top quality machine that fits nicely in any computer desk with a nice combination and white and blue colour. And unlike older printers the printed paper is collected nicely. The quality of the copying is as good as a dedicated photocopier but requiring far less space.

All in all I would say I'm very happy with the printer. It really does what it says in the description. The printer was easy to install, instructions were clear, and the printer connected with WI-Fi and my PC straight away. I am using it for almost a month. At this stage I cannot see any faults with the printer and I'm delighted with it. It prints. It scans. It looks good, and it does exactly what I hoped for. The print quality for pictures and photos is superb, I won’t have to go elsewhere to print photos now as I can just do it myself. The Instant Ink subscription is a great idea, it lets me choose the best plan for me and in the long run saves me money. Overall, excellent printer. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!!!

I've had and used quite a few HP printers in the past and this one tends to have the same good quality. Great build and product, good printing speed and quality.
Love that this printer has two printer trays. I use one for photo paper and one for regular A4 paper. Also unique feature that this printer allows you to do a full duplex scan and copy (double sided) without the printer having to "pull in the paper and turn it over". So it scans each side in a single pass! Not seen that before.
Biggest criticism of the printer is the setting up and software. Getting this printer to work was a pain. I could not set it up using my desktop PC so had to resort to an iPad. This worked, but is not ideal in an office environment.
The printer has lots of features (including remote printing), but I've not worked out how this operates. Perhaps something to do with the "HP Smart" printer driver that is installed as well as the standard 9022 printer driver?
If you just want to use this printer as a general office printer and scanner and don't need the extra functionality provided by the software then I can recommend it. However, something that explained the extras in an instruction manual supplied by the printer would've been welcome.
