Hi, Carol.
Based on your review, I conclude that you’ve been unable to connect your printer because you don’t know what kind of ethernet cable to use. If that’s the case, I’m sorry you couldn’t find that information in your printer’s support documentation. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources I hope will help.
First, I suggest you look over this document and accompanying video that covers wired printer setup: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01952985
You can also find user manuals, how-to documents, video tutorials, troubleshooting guides and software updates for your printer at the link below; in some of this documentation you might can find a more specific description: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/model/24208582/manuals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my printer a couple of months ago when my 8600 All-in-One Ink lever broke. I absolutely loved the 8600. I would have bought another one hands down.
While I like the 9015, it is much louder than the 8600 and the paper output shelf is too short for 8" x 11" paper.
I am stating I would recommend the 9015 to a friend, I would advise them of the downfalls and suggest that they research deeper.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this printer for a week, but so far so good. Very happy with the quality of printing and copying. Just beginning to try some of the features and finding them user friendly. All in all great experience with HP 9015.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a little technically challenged, I’m unable to I’ve been unable to fully use all the features. I’m looking forward to the time I’ll be able to have a support person walk me through how to and answer some specific questions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so skeptical about purchasing a new printer. I spoke with the sales associate and told her my concerns, needs and wants. While I was looking at one model she was showing me different model that she said would meet my needs and wants. She also quelled my concerns when explaining the features of the one she had picked out. It turned out to be the best decision and cheaper than the one I was looking at. Added bonus that it has a usb connection for thumb drive! Also alot more colorful and smaller than the one I had. Set up was a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old HP Envy printer, an old fax machine, and needed better scan functions. This did it all, with the normal bells and whistles, and did it well. My wife is happy, so I'm happy. The normal print/scan/fax functions go without saying. What this added was the ability to put several pages in the top feeder, vs the one-page flatbed scan ability we had prior. Perfect for our small home office, work from home, environment.
