Printer arrived quickly and very well packaged...

Printer arrived quickly and very well packaged. I was hesitant at first due to the size of the machine, this definitely needs a bit of space on a desk but that’s understandable with the 2 paper trays and full duplex scanner.
Setup was a breeze with the HP App. I already had an existing HP printer so adding an extra device was seamless and my machine connected immediately to the network and performed a quick firmware update.
Print speed is excellent in both colour and black. Copying appeared to take slightly longer but being able to scan a double sided page and print double sided without having to rescan or turn the printer page was fantastic.
While the ink cartridges supplied appear to last quite a while I did signup to the HP+ Instant Ink plan and found them all reasonably priced and very suited for my household printing needs which often includes a lot of work printing.
Overall this machine would be well suited to any home office or workplace and with the extra features such as AirPrint and the HP App it is perfect for advanced IT users and novices alike, would highly recommend this unit.

Great printer and even better because it is wireless. It is so useful to just be able to send something to the printer from your I pad without having to turn the electric on and main pc. Quality is great too. This is a great piece of kit. HP instant ink is good too as you will never run out of ink . It is good on HP PLUS too as you can monitor the ink levels and tell the printer what you want it to do. This printer is great for sending to print straight from your phone and not needing to put the full desktop on.

I have had this item for a couple of weeks now, in all honesty, it's fantastic and cheerful andNice looking, small, light weight desk top printer, that would easily fit into any home office / study.
Is quite and I can print without any problems when my toddler is in sleep as my office is next to his room.
For basic home use it's quite serviceable, prints documents, colour and b&w nice enough but have noticed that in landscape mode / full page (A4)...there are often quite visible lines in the print that don't seem to appear in portrait mode.
Connectivity is good, I have done prints from both my tablet and mobile phone easily. The quality of the print pages are excellent. I truly recommend.

My whole experience with this printer has been very positive. It arrived very well packaged and was easy to take out of the box. Someone has thought through how to put the printer in the box in a bag with handles in the bag to make it really easy. So from the get go this was looking good. It was plugged in and up and running within about 10 minutes. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Most of my experience has been with laser printers so I was a little bit sceptical of an inkjet all in one. The print quality is what I expected and is very good, the scanning facility is brilliant and works perfectly and the copying is easy and problem free. I haven’t faxed anything.
Having 2 paper cassettes is well thought out and the touch screen easy to operate. The HP Smart app makes using it with mobiles and my macbook very easy. It networked 1st time and others in the office use it with equal ease. We signed up for the 6 months ink trail and had stock arrive within 2 days so I should never run out. There is nothing worse with laser printers than unexpectedly running out of toner!
We switched users on the network onto printing double sided. Having duplexed documents helps reduce paper usage but it does take some getting used to having always printed single sided! Any downsides? It’s big. It has a surprisingly large footprint. Don't be put off by that, just be aware. Moving from a desktop laser to this HP is a big improvement.
I would definitely recommend this HP Office Jet to anyone for home and business use. It does everything you need and it does it well. It’s too soon to comment on running costs.

I've been using this for printing and copying for a couple of weeks now, and so far I'm impressed!The set-up was a bit difficult if you're not 'techie', and I've still not been able to set up the 'scan' function, but the print speed and quality is great, it fits nicely in my home office, and I've already received my first lot of ink in the post (unbelievably quick delivery).
So far I love it, just need to get it to scan now! The best function is being able to print from my phone - it's SO easy and saves so much time with documents etc. The screen use is easy and simple too.
It's probably a bit more than I need for a home printer, but I'm very happy with it.

A great all in one printer. The print quality ...

A great all in one printer. The print quality is flawless and prints both text and pictures brilliantly. The paper can be set to the type you have and it loads or from the drawer underneath. I have tried photos on both photo paper and plain paper and even on the plain paper the photos are printed really well.
There are several great functions to the printer, being able to use the app and scan and save the documents to email etc is a really handy feature. Being able to digitalise handwritten notes is another great one.
I love that you can copy two sided too without having to reload your original paper.
The printer came with 6 months free ink which is a great addition and really handy to get you started.
The touchpad, although small works great and isn’t too small to be able to see what you are doing.
The only thing I would say I’d that the front pull down flap to get to the ink is very thin and feels quite flimsy. I would have liked it to feel a better quality.
My only negative to the printer would be that the ink cartridges do not have a definite click to them when loading so you know it’s in place. It’s hard to know if they are in or if you are pushing it too far. They don’t seem to click into a place but rather sit. On the first time loading two weren’t in far enough because of this.
Set up was quite easy via the app and although it did encounter an error and we had to close it and start again it was easy to follow and quick to set up.
The colours are really nice and crisp for the print and it’s a really nice finished print.
All in all I’m really pleased with it.

I am very very impressed with my new hp Office...

I am very very impressed with my new hp Office Jet Pro 9015e.It prints very very fast even documents with some colour or small photos.
Super easy to use so far and even printing photos takes approximately 60-90secs which i think is amazing.
I love the fact that ink is delivered automatically due to my 6 months free subscription. Then I can adjust as needed the subscription going forward to my family's needs.
I have attached a photo of my husband fishing . On left is on standard good quality printer paper and on right is on hp photo paper. Very little difference in clarity and slight difference in colours. The photo paper showing colours slighlty brighter.
I will absolutelly recommend this printer to friends and family.
